Is the $2,399 a real, walk-away installed price?
Yes. That’s the all-in price for up to 45 sq ft of Tier 1 granite with the listed inclusions. The only reasons your final price would be different: your kitchen is larger than 45 sq ft, you choose a Tier 2 or 3 color, or you add upgrades like specialty edges or backsplash. Every line item is written into your quote before you sign.
What does “up to 45 sq ft” really mean for my kitchen?
45 sq ft fits a typical L-shaped kitchen with a small island or peninsula. If your project is larger (most Virginia kitchens land between 30 and 55 sq ft), we charge per additional square foot at the same per-foot rate — no penalty pricing. Bring us your dimensions and we’ll tell you the exact total.
Are these the cheap “builder-grade” granite countertops?
No. We carry the same premium-grade natural granite your designer would specify. The reason our package price is lower than a showroom’s is that we import direct and fabricate in-house — we cut out the middleman, not the quality. Every slab is hand-selected at our yard before fabrication.
Can I hand-pick my exact slab?
Yes. Visit our slab yard and choose your exact granite color before fabrication begins.
What happens after I submit the form?
A designer (not a call-center rep) calls you within one business day to confirm your project details and answer any questions. If you’d like to move forward, we schedule a free in-home measure or invite you to our slab yard to pick your color. You’re never locked in, never pressured, and never charged anything until you sign a written quote.
Why is your pricing better than the showroom down the street?
Two reasons. First, we own our fabrication facility on Atlantic Blvd— we’re not paying a third party to cut your slab. Second, we import direct from granite quarries in container quantities, so there’s no distributor markup. Same quality, same stone, lower price.
Do you offer financing?
Yes. Qualified buyers get 0% interest financing for up to 12 months. Apply during your consultation — most decisions take a few minutes.
